STEPS!! Lose your “FAT” easily!
Summer is coming! It is time to show your small pretty waist. Fat is
divided into two parts subcutaneous fat and internal fat. Most people can
not lose weight because they do not work on their internal fat. Today, I
am going to tell you how to adjust your constitution, and let you lose your weight
easily!
If you want to lose internal fat, eating less and exercising more are necessary.
The calories are controlled by this formula: Weight (kilogram) * 30 = one day's worth of calories. For example, my weight is 45 kilograms(just kidding~), so I if I eat less
than 1,350 calories a day that is better for me. However, if you do not exercise very
often, the suggestion is less than 25 calories per kilogram.
Second step is exercise more than 30 minutes everyday. If you do not have enough time, you can accumulate time in one day. For example, I get out of the subway one stop before my destination. Then I walk to my destination for 15 minutes. At noon, I climb the stairs for 5 minutes. After going home, I exercise for 10 minutes. The total is 30 minutes in one day.
If your internal fat is over dangerous limits, you must comply with the principle of 333 campaign , one week doing aerobic exercise three times , every 30 minutes , heart rate reached 130 ,if the plan does get rid of internal fat and DO'NT GIVE UP !
